These patches are for Linux 2.6.19.3 or later.

If you use an EM64T machine (Intel x86-64), you should use
Linux 2.6.19.6 or later since it contains an important fix
for DMA relevant to a lot of different drivers, also to the
IEEE 1394/ FireWire drivers.

Note, the alternative FireWire driver stack alias Juju in
this patchkit is an unofficial backported version which is
only compile-tested.
